The APP utilizes advanced cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies to ensure efficient management, secure storage and intelligent analysis of user data for both individual and corporate users.

Off-Site Data Backup provides cloud data backup service, automatically or manually encrypting 

and storing user screenshots, videos and other important data to remote servers.

Supports incremental backup, version recovery and cross-device synchronization.

Electronic Data Storage (EDS)

Based on cloud storage technology, it provides a secure and scalable data storage solution.

Supports storage and management of documents, multimedia files, databases and other types of data.

Data Conversion of Computer Programs and Data (Non-Tangible Conversion)

Conversion of Computer Programs and Data (Non-Physical Conversion)

Provide services such as software format conversion, data encoding conversion (e.g. JSON XML), and database migration.

This Agreement applies to the security camera cloud storage service (the Service) provided by [Shenzhen Jingwei ChiCheng Technology Co., Ltd] (We), which is subscribed to and used by users through the COCOCAM application.

 

Cloud Storage Terms of Service

IMPORTANT! Please read carefully these terms of service in their entirety before using the value-added service (as defined below). These terms of service are a legally binding agreement between each user (You or Your) and Cococam. (We, Us or Our). If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these terms, you should cease accessing or using the value-added service.

These Terms of Use are effective from 1st January 2022.

1. Service Contents and Instructions on Use

1.1. Cloud Storage Service (Service) is a value-added service for the smart camera device that requires You to subscribe from the App. Once any of the Service plan is activated, the device will automatically start uploading video and/or audio recordings it captured (Your Data), We only commit to storing Your Data for the limited time described in the exact Cloud Storage Service plan (Plan) You chose, and may permanently delete Your Data after expiry of the duration of Your recording period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days). You may access, download or delete Your Data

via the App during the subscription period. We acknowledge that You own the rights to Your Data and nothing in these Terms is intended to give Us any ownership rights in respect of Your Data.

1.2. According to the actual situation (e.g. different countries or regions), the Plan We offer for You may differ. You can activate the Plan through a one-time payment (manually renew needed) , depending on the actual Plan list that You see on the App. Monthly Plan has a Minimum Term for 30 days, and Annually Plan has a Minimum Term for 365 days. Once the selected Plan is activated, We will continue providing the Service for you until its expired or canceled by Your request.

1.3.The device enables You to determine the purpose and the means for which You collect video and audio signals data. When You enable the Cloud Storage Service of Your camera through the subscription, We may record and process Your Data, subject to Your instruction, subscription, configuration and settings.

1.4. You acknowledge that Your Data is only intended to be a resource to assist You with the personal monitoring of Your property security. Your Data may not capture every incident or security breach or related occurrence in the place the device will be connected, and should therefore be used in conjunction with other appropriate measures for the personal monitoring of and protection of Your own propertys security and safety.

1.5. You acknowledge that there are many things outside Our control which may affect the recording, live streaming and storage of Your Data, and Your ability to access Your Data using the Service. We do not guarantee that Your access to the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the unlikely event that any of Your Data is lost or corrupted such that it is not accessible, We will take reasonable steps to repair or recover Your Data at no cost to You. It is Your responsibility to take all appropriate measures to minimize any loss or damage that may flow from any interruption, breakdown or failure of the Service, including ensuring that Your devices which are required to record and transmit Your Data to the Service, are operating and functional at all times.

1.6. You acknowledge that the Service should be used only for the purpose of maintaining the security of Your own property and Youre responsible for any abnormal use that may cause unreasonably infringes on the privacy of any individual (e.g. by placement in restrooms or toilets).

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. If You activate a Plan You will be required to provide details of any necessary payment info such as an approved credit or debit card (Payment Instrument) to implement the payment. Note that We will not store the Payment Instrument, but a third party of payment method will (e.g. PayPal). In providing Your Payment Instrument, You authorize Us to charge Your Payment Instrument with any fees or charges that apply in accordance with Your Plan (Fees).

2.2. You are responsible for keeping the details of Your Payment Instrument correct and up-to-date, for example changing a different Payment Instrument or Your Payment Instrument has expired.

2.3 Cloud storage service is a virtual product. It does not support refund after purchase. It supports the transfer of this service to other devices. You can contact customer service for operation.

3. Termination and Suspension

3.1. You may cancel, without receiving a refund:

(a) Your access to all the Plans by deleting the App from Your mobile device; or

(b) any of the Plan You activated by deactivating Your account from the App

3.2. We may terminate, disable, block or suspend Your access to the Service:

(a) immediately, if You breach, or We suspect on reasonable grounds that You have breached, these Terms; or

(b) on 7 daysnotice to You, at any other time, acting reasonably

4. Changes to the Terms

4.1. We may change these Terms from time to time by posting the changed Terms through updates of the Service webpage, and bringing these changes to Your attention when You open that page the next time.

4.2. If we make any:

(a) changes to these Terms that do not alter Your rights, such changes will apply from the time that You continue using the App;

(b) reasonable changes to these Terms that alter Your rights, such changes will apply 7 calendar days after You have been notified of those changes in accordance with clause 4.1; and

(c) any other material changes to these Terms that alter Your rights and could cause You material detriment, such changes will apply on and from the next Billing Date if You are registered for a Subscription
